NullPerator Privacy Policy

203 Electronics LLC ("203 Electronics," "we," "us," or "our") provides the NullPerator application for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how NullPerator handles information.

Information We Collect

NullPerator does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs, and it does not require an account.

Information Stored on Your Device

Projects, samples, application settings, controller mappings, and MIDI route selections are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app's features and is not sent to 203 Electronics.

NullPerator can make its local Documents folder available through the iOS Files app. Files are accessed or shared only when you choose to do so. iOS or a backup service selected by you may handle backup copies under its own terms and privacy policy.

Device Features and Connected Accessories

NullPerator may use the following device features to provide app functionality:

• Audio output for music playback
• Compatible game controllers for input
• MIDI and Bluetooth MIDI connections for musical input and output
• Device battery status for the on-screen battery indicator
• The iOS Files interface for opening and managing local files

Information from these features is processed on the device and is not transmitted to 203 Electronics.

External Links

The app may open external 203 Electronics webpages, including product and contact pages, in your web browser. Those webpages are outside the app and are governed by the privacy policy and terms applicable to the 203 Electronics website.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because NullPerator does not collect or store personal information on our servers, we do not retain app data remotely. You can delete individual projects and samples through the app or the iOS Files app. You can delete all locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device, subject to any backups managed separately by you or your platform provider.

There is no app data collection consent to withdraw. If you contact 203 Electronics separately, information included in that communication is handled for the purpose of responding to your request and under the policy applicable to that communication channel.

Children's Privacy

NullPerator does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes to the app's data practices will also be reflected in the app and its App Store privacy disclosures as appropriate.
